**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced **Quality Control (QC) Inspector** to join our team specializing in **pneumatic tools** (such as breakers, rock drills, chipping hammers, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and verify the quality of incoming pneumatic tools, spare parts, and components against purchase specifications and drawings.
- Check for any damage, defects, or deviations before stocking.
- Conduct **visual checks** and **dimensional inspections** using precision instruments (e.g., air gauges, bore dial gauges, calipers, micrometers).
- Ensure components meet **tolerance and quality standards**.
- Maintain **inspection records**, quality reports, and test certificates.
- Report non-conforming products to the **quality and purchase team** for corrective actions.
- Ensure only **approved and tested items** are dispatched to customers.
- Suggest improvements for quality processes and product handling.
- Follow **safety protocols** during inspection and handling of pneumatic tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
