The Quality Inspector is someone with great technical knowledge and experience as they need to be able to identify any problems with a vehicle when test driving it as well as identifying substandard work.
- QI is responsible for checking the Quality of jobs performed
- Review the SO write-up to determine the work done against the work requested by the Guest and validate accordingly
- The vehicle is checked thoroughly as per the recommended quality check sheet
- Pre and post repairs, road tests remarks to be validated in case of NVH issues
- Capturing quality rejections and maintaining the QI register
- Support Workshop Controller/Works Manager in identifying root cause of quality rejections
- Quality inspection rejection analysis is to be shared with the team during the morning meeting
- Ensure that the customer’s repairs have been carried out correctly and that the repairs are of top standard.

If the repair was not carried out correctly or if a Technician has overlooked something it is the Quality Inspector’s responsibility to show the WSC that the repair was not carried out to Ford Standards, or to show the Technician what they may have overlooked.

If a customer has 4 concerns which need to be addressed the Technician’s write-up should have 4 resolutions addressing each concern on its own.

Ensure all customers vehicles have been repaired or serviced correctly and according to Ford standards.

**Skills Required**:

- Good technical knowledge
- Ability to Analysis Quality Rejections
- Communicate well with all levels of the Service Department
- Time management abilities
- Careful about detail and thorough in completing tasks
- Honest and ethical
- Pride in representing the Ford brand

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
