**Job Title**:Manufacturing Quality Control Executive/ Trainee
**Experience**: Freshers
**Key Responsibilities**:
Quality Control Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure the consistent quality of manufactured products.
Inspection and Testing: Establish and oversee inspection and testing processes to monitor product quality at various stages of production.
Quality Standards: Ensure that products meet all relevant quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection results, testing data, and corrective actions. Prepare and maintain quality control reports and documentation.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, technicians, and analysts. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness.
Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality expectations, conduct supplier audits, and ensure that raw materials and components meet quality requirements.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues, defects, and deviations. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements, and lead initiatives to implement changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Audits and Compliance: Ensure that the manufacturing facility complies with all applicable regulations and quality standards through regular audits and inspections.
Risk Management: Assess and mitigate quality-related risks that could impact product quality, safety, or customer satisfaction.
Customer Feedback: Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality and work to improve customer satisfaction.
Quality Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality control, such as defect rates, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management).
Experience in quality control or quality assurance, with a proven track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control tools, and industry-specific regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
