We are launching a **pilot batch** for the role of **Junior Marketing Assistant** at our Bhubaneswar office. This is a unique opportunity for freshers to be part of our initial team, where you will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, client communications, and lead management. If you have excellent communication skills and are eager to begin your marketing career, this role is for you

You will be responsible for cold calling, setting appointments, following up on communications, and working with various marketing tools. Full training will be provided, and you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, presenting our services and products.
- Schedule appointments for the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist with database management and updating client records.
- Learn and work on marketing tools to support daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to the team and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- **Outstanding communication skills** (both verbal and written) in English.
- Willingness to work in a **US shift** (night shift).
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts is advantageous, but not required.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with multitasking.
- Confident in cold calling and maintaining professional client relationships.
- Willingness to learn and work with marketing tools (training provided).

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field is a plus but not mandatory.
