**Job Title: Junior Architect (Diploma/B.Arch)**
**Location**: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
**Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply)
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand and contribute to on-going design projects.
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, and documentation.
- Assist in the coordination and communication within the internal design team.
- Take ownership of specific design and project development areas when required.
- Liaise with external design teams, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with established architectural standards and procedures.
- Provide proactive support across all project phases.
**Required Skills & Qualities**
- Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institute.
- Legally authorized to work in India.
- Ability to formulate and communicate design decisions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; basic familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other design tools is desirable.
- Strong initiative and ability to follow direction effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal communication; able to work independently and within a team.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
- Resilience and composure in deadline-driven environments.
**Desirable Skills**
- Understanding of architectural coordination and integration in project development.
- Awareness of budgeting and project timelines.
- Experience or training in Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in developing project management and leadership capabilities over time.
