Job Summary

The Junior Assistant will oversee the functioning of the Student Establishment and Staff Establishment wings, ensuring efficient administrative processes aligned with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated student records and assist in resolving their queries.
  • Manage and update records of faculty and staff, including recruitment, service details, promotions and separations.
  • Preparing meeting minutes, proceedings, action taken reports, official communications, office orders, and notices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a reputed autonomous or affiliated institution (or) Retired from Government/PSU/ Defense establishments with adequate experience in administrative matters.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, file management systems, and institutional ERP platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Odia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
