We're looking for a Junior Accountant Intern who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Accountant Intern, you will:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform data entry, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Help prepare invoices, process payments, and manage expense reports.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Learn and use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or ERP systems.
  • Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a professional setting.
