We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our Head Office in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of accounting experience and be proficient in Tally, GST/TDS compliance, MS Excel, and general accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare stock statements, ageing reports of debtors, creditors, and retention.
  • Prepare sales, consumption, project cash flow, LC/BG, WIP, and DP (Drawing Power) statements as per bank format.
  • Maintain mobilization advance list and adjust monthly.
  • Handle salary entry and monthly reconciliation.
  • Manage TREDS bills, payment entries, and daily reconciliations.
  • Prepare depreciation sheet for fixed assets.
  • Do daily bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare credit rating compliance statements and reports.
  • Support audit data submission and compliance every quarter.
  • Prepare renewal documents for consortium meetings.
  • Coordinate for audit-related work.
  • Any other task assigned by management.

Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Looking for Immediate joiners)

Salary upto Rs 20,000 pm.

Working Hours- 9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday - Saturday)
