**Records & Documentation**

1. Prepare, submit and follow up of outstanding statement of debtor / Hospitals

2. Monthly Bank reconciliation, Monthly preparation of TDS statement & payment.

3. Quarterly data submitted to Auditor scrutiny of ledger and payments before due date

4. Check and restructure monthly salary data & issue salary cheques

5. Maintain fixed asset register

6. Maintain record room

7. Prepare CSR activity related reports

**General Financial & Accounting Administration**

1. Handle petty cash Distribution. Audit and monitor Sales and Collection, Bank JV, Purchase Expense, Vouchers, Bills Entry on daily basis

2. Handle sales cash received from cashier with report. Reconcile and deposit in bank

3. Internal audit of handling of petty cash and sales

4. Handle and resolve query related to cashier staff.

5. All accounting Entries in IBBMS

6. Prepare all type of Payment Voucher & Cheques

7. Daily entry of Purchase, Sales, Assets, Journal & Daily filing

8. Maintain Petty cash

**Records & Documentation**

**Reports**

1. Monthly reconciliation debtor’s ledger.

2. Monthly scrutiny of all ledgers and monthly party payment

3. SLV pending report and manual bills. Clear in software on monthly basis

4. Prepare Monthly Income and Expenditure Report

5. Prepare Monthly GST data for monthly and annual GST return filing.

6. Scrutiny of ledger monthly party payment

**Audit**

1. Resolve query during annual statutory audit

2. Help in finalizing annual report

**Other**

1. Any other work that may be assigned from time to time

2. Rope in at least 3 camps in a year
