**Job Summary**
An Accounts Executive is responsible for providing financial, administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. An Accounts Executive must comply with established accounting policies and procedures.
- Preparation, Computation, Management, Research and Analysis of all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Managing and controlling of the organization’s finances and accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated on daily basis.
- Preparation of the organization’s monthly bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Management of the organization’s debtors and creditors accounts.
- Maintenance of fixed assets register and safeguarding of the organizations fixed assets.
- Preparing budget and financial forecasts.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing process.
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
- Develop periodic reports for management.
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
**Qualifications and Skills**
**Desired Educational Qualification - Must have at-least one of these***:
- B. COM / M. COM / CA Article ship / CA Inter / CMA Inter
- CA / CMA Article ship/CA/CMA inter will be Given First preference
- Post Graduate Diploma in Accounts and Finance
**Required Key Skills**
- 0 - 2 years of experience in managing accounts operations.
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- At least two years of experience in Income Tax / TDS, VAT / GST accounting and filing.
- Good Report Writing Skills.
- Ability to manage stress and responsibility.
- Knows the law and accounting system of India and adhere to company policies.
- Knows the principles of security related to financial activities.
- Must be a team player and keep their eyes focused on the wider goals of the organization.
- A high level of accuracy and the ability to keep detailed file notes.
- Must be capable of interpreting information, with a competent level of problem solving ability.
- Time-management abilities.
- Good Communication Skills (in English) both Oral & Written.
