**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain **daily operational reports** for management.
- Provide **real-time assistance** to teams and stakeholders.
- Perform routine **administrative tasks** including documentation and scheduling.
- Identify opportunities for **process and operations improvements**.
- Handle **ad hoc tasks** as assigned by management.
- Ensure **timely execution of deliverables** across functions.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**.
- Organize and set up **meetings, appointments, and follow-ups**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Strong skills in **MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
