Shift In-charge

. Close Coordination with Facility Manager & Customer teams for Spare Parts Warehouse operations planning, Manpower allocation for the shift operations.

2. Support for Shortlisting & Screening of manpower as per business requirements.

3. Control on Spare Parts Warehouse operations & Processes - Binning, Picking & Inventory Management

4. Handson experience in handling large size warehouse manpower skillfully and leading the team

5. Shift Start Safety Briefing, KYT to all staff during shift start meetings.

6. Ensure 5S, SOP & Process adherence.

7. To conduct warehouse audits on daily basis and do briefing about the observation of audits for continuous improvement.

8. To monitor the daily observations of the warehouse and take necessary steps for improvement.

9. To co-ordinate with service provider for 100 % attendance as plan and report facility manager & NYK Management immediately in case of any discrepancy.

10. To monitor the day-to-day activities (Lines) and assist the staff to meet the given targets.

11. To motivate the subordinates for achieving the maximum output with minimum break down.

12. Monitor the safety & warehouse equipment’s as per checklist and report any discrepancy to concerned teams. manage the staffs at the workplace.

13. To ensure the workplace organized and clean -5S.

14. To send the MIS on daily basis and manage accuracy of physical qty and its related updates in system.

15. To manage the manpower of the entire shift and address the grievances to ensure lines as per the target defined by MSIL.

16. Prepare training plan covering every individual, give trainings and maintain the related documents as per plan.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
