**Position Overview**:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of a lab equipment manufacturing company. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The Executive Assistant serves as a primary point of contact and provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the CEO's effectiveness and smooth operations within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar and Schedule Management: _Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Meeting Coordination: _Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling and distributing meeting materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection:_ Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure secure handling of documents and data.
- Relationship Management:_ Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Presentation and Report Preparation:_ Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and business reviews for internal and external purposes. Conduct research and gather relevant data as required.
- Document Management:_ Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documentation, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
- Project Support: _Provide support on various projects and initiatives led by the CEO, including coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
- Event Planning:_ Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and employee engagement activities, including venue selection, logistics, invitations, and coordination.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: _Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as expense management, office supply procurement, and other administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: _Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Experience in a manufacturing or scientific industry is beneficial.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills:_ Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills:_ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Discretion and Integrity: _Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: _Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, including accurate documentation, proofreading, and formatting.
- Technology Proficiency:_ Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite) and comfortable learning new software and tools.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability:_ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions. Adaptability to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
- Professionalism and Emotional Intelligence:_ Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and a positive attitude while handling challenging situations and working with diverse personalities.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
