**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for food items, packaging, and ingredients.
- Procure snacks, pulses, rice, masalas, and other Indian food varieties as per quality and quantity requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to get the best value for money.
- Maintain optimum stock levels by coordinating with the production and inventory teams.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain all procurement records including POs, invoices, and contracts.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely payment processing.
- Stay updated on market trends, prices, and new product sources.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
- 2+ years of purchasing experience in FMCG, food, or snacks industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food product categories and sourcing practices.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and vendor auditing.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally or ERP software (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
