## **Job Summary**
## **Key Responsibilities**
### **1. Training Design & Delivery**:
- Develop and deliver training modules on housekeeping procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct behavioral training to improve interpersonal skills, customer service, and workplace etiquette.
- Create and implement SOPs for housekeeping operations in alignment with industry standards.
- Organize workshops, role-play sessions, and practical training for employees to ensure hands-on learning.
### **2. Training Needs Analysis**:
- Identify training needs by conducting job analysis, employee surveys, and performance evaluations.
- Work closely with operational managers to address specific skill gaps and requirements.
### **3. Monitoring & Evaluation**:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, on-the-job performance, and quality audits.
- Maintain training records and provide periodic reports to the management on employee progress.
### **4. Compliance & Standards**:
- Ensure all employees adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor implementation of training knowledge in day-to-day operations.
### **5. Team Coordination**:
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Act as a mentor to housekeeping staff, providing regular feedback and encouragement.
## **Key Qualifications & Skills**
### **Educational Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., Train the Trainer) is a plus.
### **Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in training, preferably in facility management, hospitality, or housekeeping operations.
### **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
- Ability to design interactive and impactful training modules.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other training software.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
## **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel across sites in Bengaluru for training sessions.
- Flexibility to conduct training during different shifts as per operational needs.
