**Role & Responsibilities**:As a Clinical Training & Research Executive at Teleradiology Solutions, you will be responsible for the following:

Organization & Maintenance of Training Data**:

- Ensure that training data is properly organized, categorized, and updated on the learning management system (LMS).
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy and consistency of training materials across different platforms.
- ** Content Management on Moodle**:

- Organize, structure, and upload content on the Moodle platform, ensuring it is easily accessible to all users.
- Assist in creating and curating engaging and interactive training modules for employees and external clients.
- Regularly update Moodle content to keep it aligned with new developments and procedures in the radiology field.
- ** Proficiency in Excel**:

- Utilize Excel to maintain, analyze, and report on training data.
- Create spreadsheets, generate reports, and track the progress of training programs and learners.
- ** Knowledge of Medical Terminologies**:

- Collaborate with the medical and radiology teams to align training materials with medical language and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (creating reports, analyzing data, maintaining records).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, particularly Moodle.
- Basic understanding of medical terminologies, especially in radiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Prior experience in a training or educational role is a plus.

Research Executive roles:

- Research in the field of medicine with a focus on Radiology, Teleradiology, Emergency Imaging, Deep Learning/Artificial Intelligence.
- Writing scientific articles with a goal to publish in journals of repute.
- Extracting research data from RADSpa(AI) and other sources for radiology cases with modalities which includes X-ray, CT, MRI, HRCT, Echo.
- Maintaining the Research Database.
- Establish and maintain the research tracker/ project information management system.
- Review literature and obtain information materials from journals and publications
- Understand and implement Research methodologies for data acquisition and analysis
- Understand and implement Statistical Analysis of data.
- Periodic follow up of the journal submission to closure.
- Preparing abstracts, cover letters, Declaration of Conflict of Interest for submitting manuscripts.
- Collaborate with Radiologists for paper presentation at conferences and article writeups.
- Assist in developing educational and testing material
- Assist with special projects and reports as needed.
- Writing Research proposals and Grants, documentation, Adept in Journals literature search and review.
