**Job Description: Trainer and Quality for Field Collections Executive***

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop training materials and modules for field collections executives, focusing on collections techniques, customer interactions, and compliance guidelines.

2. Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for new hires and existing team members to enhance their collections skills and productivity.

3. Travel with field collections executives to customer sites to provide real-time coaching, feedback, and enhance collection performance.

4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of field collections executives through regular assessments and performance reviews.

5. Collaborate with the collections management team to identify training needs, gaps, and areas for improvement within the collections department.

6. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in collections management to incorporate relevant training content.

7. Maintain accurate training records, and feedback reports for tracking progress and effectiveness of training programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

2. Proven experience in collections management with a strong understanding of collections processes and techniques.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language to effectively train and communicate with diverse teams.

4. Previous experience in training and development, preferably in a collections or financial services environment. (Quality Background is plus)

5. Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours to accommodate field training requirements.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training tools/software.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement in the field of collections and training methodologies.
