**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Tandoor dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage the Tandoor section, overseeing the team of junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Ensure proper preparation and seasoning of food items in accordance with the recipe and guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the Head Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure a seamless flow of kitchen operations.
- Assist in developing new Tandoor recipes and contribute to the overall menu creation.
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff in Tandoor cooking techniques.
- Proven experience as a DCDP in Tandoor cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of traditional and modern Tandoor cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
