**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
- Assist guests with reservations, seating preferences, and any special requests.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- **Customer Service**:

- Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout their dining experience.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and special requests, offering personalized service when appropriate.
- **Reservations & Coordination**:

- Manage reservation systems and ensure the smooth seating process.
- Coordinate special events, private dining, or VIP reservations, ensuring all details are handled with precision.
- **Guest Feedback & Follow-Up**:

- Gather guest feedback through surveys, direct conversations, and online reviews.
- Report guest feedback to management and suggest improvements based on guest insights.
- Follow up with guests post-visit to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Represent the restaurant’s brand and values in all guest interactions.
- Promote the restaurant’s special offerings, events, and loyalty programs to guests.
- **Collaboration with Staff**:

- Work closely with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate guest preferences or special requests to relevant staff members.
- Assist in training new staff on guest service standards and expectations.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain guest records and preferences for personalized service in future visits.
- Assist in managing the guest database, ensuring all information is up to date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
