Tocobar, a bar and cafe reflecting India's coastal culture located in the heart of Andheri west. We are in need of a Hostess/GRE who will be the first point of contact. As a Guest relation executive you will build and maintain relations with our customers as they will continue to be our loyal patrons.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer telephones and take guest reservations or provide information regarding the restaurant.
- Set up hostess stand, review guest reservation book, and make recommendations.
- Anticipate the needs of guests, respond accordingly to guest inquiries or problems, and recognise regular guests by name and utilise the guest’s name consistently.
- Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preference
- Engage in guest interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner; anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guests simple requests.

**Qualifications**
- Has to have 6-12 months of relevant experience.
- Possesses excellent English and psychometric abilities.
- Possesses guest PR skills and personal flair.
- Has undergone basic training in food and beverage knowledge.
