Position: Regional Sales & Marketing Manager/Executives

Location: Ludhiana,Punjab

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share across the region.

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, and develop strong relationships to generate sales leads.

Manage the sales team by setting clear sales objectives, providing coaching and training, and evaluating performance.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for improvement and maximize sales potential.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies.

Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to remain competitive and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a similar role.

Degree with Chemical, Bio Chemistry ,Chemistry and Microbiology will be given extra preference.

Familiarity with the **Waste Water Treatment Plant Preferred.**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.

Track new projects, tenders enquiries and its execution.

Familiarity with the **Waste Water Management sector** and understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Maintains rapport with key customers; identify new business opportunities.

Ensure customer satisfaction; surveying consumer needs and trends.
