**Job Description - Holiday Expert**/**Sales**

We are looking for smart, creative and dynamic person to join our team in Cochin and
outperform in sales of customized tour packages. If you love India and are passionate about travelling and most importantly willing to improve other’s travel experiences, you will definitely love this job.
**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Research, explore and study different travel destination options
- Communicate and understand the clients’ specifications, preferences and budget
- Promote and suggest different services and experiences available according to their preferences.
- Suggest a suitable travel itinerary (plan) that best suits the clients' needs
- Coordinate with the back end Operations team to book hotels, transport, extra activities and any other special arrangements to be made for the clients’ trip.
- Communicate with the clients’ on the arrangements made for their travel and coordinate with them for payments.
- Keep learning and updating about the recent trends in the Industry along with

competitor and substitute analysis.
- Sharing your knowledge and learning with the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeated clients’ tour
- Record and update daily, and monthly performances in our unique software and

reporting forums.
**Job Specification**:

- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related courses with passion towards

travel and tourism is also accepted.
- Proficient in English and Hindi communication (both Oral & written) & excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Good sales and presentation skills, Customer oriented thinking
- Strong in work prioritization and cope with pressure at busy times.
- Should be a continuous learner and constantly update on industry practices & strategies.
- Highly Self Motivated, willingness to learn & highly flexible.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills.

**Company’s Profile**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
