Job SummaryTo develop and lead the holiday strategy, managing key stakeholder relationships to ensure value from third-party partnerships. Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to execution while enhancing customer experience and driving profitability for the Holidays divisionDuties & Responsibilities:- Manage the entire holiday product life-cycle from strategic planning to execution.- Contract with international suppliers and oversee end-to-end product delivery.- Design and price itineraries (FIT/GIT) across various budget categories.- Create travel products aligned with market demand, consumer preferences, local holidays, and travel themes.- Drive cost efficiency through effective negotiation and innovative contracting.- Support sales teams with product knowledge and ensure adequate inventory.- Develop competitive and unique holiday packages by monitoring competition and market trends.- Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement promotional plans for destinations.- Drive revenue by closely monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.- Recruit, train, and develop holiday consultants in collaboration with Training and Performance Management.- Build strong customer relationships and lead customer engagement activitiesSecondary Responsibilities:- Contribute to divisional strategies by analyzing previous sales/revenue data.- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to deliver a "WOW" factor for customers.- Liaise with Marketing to ensure lead generation aligns with divisional plans.Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 7+ years' experience managing travel products at a managerial levelJob Location: Info-park, Kochi (ref:iimjobs.com)
