Job Summary

The **Sports Coach**at **4K Sports Infra Corporate Group of Companies**plays a leadership role ensuring the quality of products or service within an organization. Their responsibilities encompass a range of task aimed at driving quality initiatives, improving process, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. **Coaching and Training**:

- Outdoor Training: Lead and supervise athletes in various outdoor sports (e.g., football, tennin, table tennis, basketball, cricket, etc.), ensuring proper technique, strategies, and conditioning are developed.
- Indoor Training: Lead and supervise athletes in indoor sports (e.g., chess, table tennis, carroms, swimming, etc.), focusing on skills, coordination, and specific game strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the specific needs of individual athletes and teams.
- Develop sport-specific drills to enhance skill levels and performance.
- Continuously monitor the progress of athletes and provide constructive feedback to enhance their development.

2. **Motivation and Leadership**:

- Encourage a positive, energetic, and competitive atmosphere for both indoor and outdoor practices and competitions.
- Motivate athletes to push beyond their limits while promoting team spirit and mutual respect.
- Provide support during both training and competition to ensure athletes stay focused and confident.

3. **Safety and Injury Prevention**:

- Maintain a safe environment for athletes during practice sessions and competitions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Educate athletes on proper warm-up, cool-down, and injury-prevention techniques.
- Respond to injuries appropriately and assist with any necessary first aid.

4. **Strategy and Game Planning**:

- Analyse team and individual performances to strategize improvements.
- Create game plans and adjust strategies according to the unique characteristics of each sport.
- Provide tactical advice during indoor and outdoor competitions to enhance the team’s performance.

5. **Communication and Team Management**:

- Communicate effectively with athletes, assistant coaches, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a team-oriented culture, emphasizing discipline, respect, and accountability.
- Maintain records of training sessions, progress reports, and competition results.

6. **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in the organization and scheduling of competitions, practices, and events, both for indoor and outdoor settings.
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of equipment needed for both indoor and outdoor sports.
- Assist in the recruitment of new players and oversee team selection.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in coaching the specific sport(s) required.
- Strong knowledge of the technical and tactical aspects of indoor and outdoor sports.
- Certification in coaching (where required by the sport or region).
- First aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to coach during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to demonstrate physical exercises and drills.
- Comfort in working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical fitness to keep up with athletes during training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,260.84 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 22 - 28 per week
