Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sports Coach who is passionate about athlete development and capable of leveraging AI tools to enhance performance, minimize injury risk, and scale coaching impact. This coach will work closely with athletes, integrating data insights and feedback from SplinkPros platform to design and deliver training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Use SplinkPros AI-Talent Scan, motion-analysis, biomechanical feedback, and injury forecasting tools to assess athletes current performance, technique, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Design and implement personalized training plans based on data insights, sport specific technique correction, physical attributes, and injury risk assessments.
Monitor athlete progress using performance tracking dashboards; adjust training loads, recovery plans, and technique drills as required.
Provide coaching in technical skills, physical conditioning, movement efficiency, and sport-specific strategy.
Maintain athlete safety: proactively use AI-based injury prediction tools to reduce injury risk and ensure proper technique.
¢ Educate athletes (and, where relevant, parents) on holistic aspects nutrition, recovery, cognitive health, mindset, and discipline.
¢ Collaborate with other coaching staff, sport scientists, physiotherapists, and nutritionists, integrating multidisciplinary feedback.
¢ Maintain accurate records using the platform: attendance, performance metrics, feedback, progress reports, schedule management.
¢ Use platform tools to communicate with stakeholders (athletes, parents, academy management) about progress, setbacks, and plans.
Experience: 1yrs to 20 years
Qualification: Physical Education
