under “Satellite View” to help you understand our location better. The campus houses over 7000 students today.
- Operations:
- Manage and handle daily operations of the school
- Safety & Security
- Incharge of Safety and Security of the community with the highest priority and zero tolerance to any deviations
- Regular planning, identification & upgradation of safety and security infrastructure and process
- Implementation of processes for regular review and monitoring
- Vendor Management:
- Managing school vendors and budgeting
- Following due process for vendor identification, inward and outward, bill verification and payment
- Zero tolerance for any deviation
- CCTV:
- Constant monitoring of the cctv of infrastructure and bus and alert system
- Bus:
- Handling daily bus operations & coordination
- Employee Management:
- Implementation of employee needs analysis
- Recruitment and daily management of the employees and their needs including but not limited to leave, attendance, motivation & engagement
- Collaboration with Academics on PD
- Ensuring all due process is followed for recruitment
- Ensuring all DUE DOCUMENTS & VERIFICATIONS is adhered to for all recruitment - Zero Tolerance for any deviation
- Appraisal & Increments
- Work with all departments and HOS for implementation of CPAM model of appraisal
- Accounts:
- Cash management as per due process only
- Daily accounts management
- Student Records Management:
- Daily student records management
- Fees collection
- Nurse:
- Medical and nurse room management
- Infrastructure:
- Regular Planning & Upgradation of Infrastructure in collaboration with all departments
- Ensuring regular maintenance of all infrastructure for working and safety as well
- Asset & Stock Management:
- Regular audit and review of all stock held by the organization
- Events:
- Collaboration and Coordination with all departments for all events
- Visitor / Guest management in collaboration with Admissions
- Compliance:
- Ensure the compliance of the organization to all applicable laws of the land.
- The NEST School will require absolute and total compliance to all laws without discrimination
- Conflict Resolution:
- Process to resolve any conflict between any member of the school community
- Pick Up and Drop Off:
- Implement processes for pick up and drop off of students for both direct and bus
- This is an extremely important process and The NEST School requires absolute and total commitment of the Head Administration and the team to ensure that this is carried out without any flaws/deviations daily.
- Housekeeping management
- Cleanliness of the environment is extremely important
- ISO implementation in administration management
- Cost Control:
- Implement & Review very detailed cost control process
- Review every spend including Stationery, Print and Paper
- Implement ZERO Tolerance policy of The NEST School towards any harassment across the community
- Committee:
- Participate in committees as required and formed by the organization for effective implementation of targeted and important actions related to your specialisation/strengths
- Effective implementation of waste management and recycling
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
