Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Organize and attend project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure that all necessary documents are properly filed and up to date.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity on project goals and progress.
- Support risk and issue management by identifying, tracking, and helping resolve project roadblocks.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a project coordination role.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
