**Job Summary**

We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and well-organized **Tele Sales & Admin Executive** to help strengthen our NGO’s outreach and day-to-day operations. In this role, you will connect with potential donors, well-wishers, community members, and beneficiaries through calls, sharing our mission and inviting them to be part of our initiatives.

**Qualification**
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Proven experience in tele sales or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Tele Sales Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources.
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales interactions in Excel
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.

12,000 to 15,000
