Telesales Admin Executive

Compensation**: Fixed Salary + Incentives ### **Responsibilities**:Customer Service**: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction and improve service quality. Explain product features to customers and offer solutions based on their needs and preferences. **Lead Generation**: - Cold calling on the provided data to generate new leads and promote products/services. - Identify and reach out to new leads, nurturing them through regular follow-ups to convert into potential sales. - Maintain and update a detailed database of new and existing leads. **Skills & Communication**: - Communicate clearly and effectively, building rapport with clients. - Ability to adapt communication styles based on customer needs and responses. - Strong listening skills and the ability to handle multiple client inquiries. **Administrative Support**: - Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping. - Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and ensure all necessary steps are followed. - Support engineers for customer onsite support, ensuring effective communication between clients and technical teams. - Maintain all documents related to the sales and support teams, ensuring proper record-keeping and accessibility. - Update and maintain client databases and CRM software regularly. - Assist in invoicing, document management, and support for day-to-day operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
