
Apac Assessment Administrator

**This is a 6 months Fixed term contract**
**Key Achievements & Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support through:
- Inputting assessment panels and results into the system
- Ensuring pre-assessment centre material is ready
- To support external stakeholders with assessment logistics/organisation
- Work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders to achieve a consistently high level of service
in line with internal processes, rules and procedures
- Actively record, update and amend information on internal database to ensure accurate data
- Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with GDPR
- Work collaboratively with Finance to deal with accounting enquiries
- Support with development and testing of new processes and systems, providing feedback from a
customer perspective
and providing an excellent level of service.
Expected Outcomes
- 100% data accuracy with inputted information
- Adherence to assessment SLAs
- First contact resolution for all enquiries
- Continued adherence to a customer service standard and charter
- Adhere to Quality Assurance Procedures
**Experience Required**
- A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages
- Excellent data input and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; an ability to help and support internal and external
stakeholders with requests and queries
- Adherence to quality assurance procedures
- Ability to build effective relationships with members, the public and stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
- A flexible, team worker who is a committed and conscientious
