Sales Coordinator

Analyzing and monitoring the performance of Sales team.
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy & plan of action
- Reviewing and closely monitoring the client communication with the sales team.
- Taking session of the new joiners, briefing in detail about the ongoing process.
- Developing and tracking the sales growth & data.
- Helping in maintaining the quality of sales flow.
- Working closely with the sales team on the SEO, SMO, Design and Development of new features.

- Taking outbound international calls related to website and SEO.
- Understanding and advising clients on how to use Digital Marketing technology and services.
- Give the best solutions related to the customer's website and offer digital marketing solutions.
- Understand clients’ needs in order to contact with appropriate product /service information.
- Team Management
- Take payments according to the package and break up.
- Ramp up new clients quickly and efficiently - meet requirements and set a clear expectation.
- Comfortable with deadlines and targets and should be able to work under pressure.
- Work with dedicated Sr. Managers to manage overall client experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Khordha, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
