As a Sales Executive at Gungunerp Solution Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving the growth of our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term customers. You will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to the overall success of the company by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the software industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and updates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored software solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and product improvements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in software sales or technology sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A background in IT, software, or technology-related fields is a plus.
