**Your Role**

In particular you will be responsible for:

- Experience in managing embedded programs (SW Development).
- Familiarity with SW development life cycles (Agile/Scrum) is desirable.
- Experience in planning / tracking project teams supporting multiple regions.
- Good Exposure in Product Management.
- Exposure to Requirements Managements tools (like DOORS, Polarion), Design tools (like EA), and Configuration management tools (like CM Synergy, Plastic SCM, GIT).
- Knowledge of UML state diagrams, sequence diagrams drawing ability, analysis.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills - demonstrates ability to respond to changes in requirements, scheduling, and resource issues.
- Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills with an effective communication and presentation ability.
- Good exposure to Automotive SPICE and ISO26262 Functional Safety processes.
- Highly self-motivated and energetic.
- Good verbal and written communication.

**Your Background**

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

- Be part of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Ensure that the team always has adequate amount tasks to work on.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the stories.
- Provide support in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint Goals.
