**Job Summary**: The Field Boy Garments is responsible for assisting in the handling, management, and distribution of garments in various field settings. This role involves coordinating with field staff, ensuring the proper handling of garments, and maintaining inventory records. The Field Boy Garments plays a key role in ensuring that garment supplies are efficiently managed and distributed as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Garment Handling**: Assist in the transportation, distribution, and organization of garments within field locations.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep accurate records of garment stock levels and report any discrepancies or needs for replenishment.
- **Field Coordination**: Work closely with field staff to ensure timely delivery and appropriate handling of garments according to field requirements.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect garments for quality and report any issues such as damage or defects to the supervisor.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed logs of garment usage, distribution, and any issues encountered.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all handling and distribution processes comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Address any field staff inquiries or issues related to garment supplies in a professional and timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role or in garment handling is advantageous.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry garments and equipment as needed; comfortable working in various field conditions.
- **Other**: Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job location and transportation needs.

**Working Conditions**:

- Field-based role, involving travel to various locations as required.
- Possible exposure to varying weather conditions and physical environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
