Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our garment retail store in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting apparel products, handling billing, and ensuring a great shopping experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers as they enter the store and understand their garment needs
  • Show and explain product features (fabric, fit, size, style, etc.)
  • Assist customers in trying on clothes and making purchase decisions
  • Maintain product display and stock levels on the sales counter
  • Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and generate invoices
  • Upsell or cross-sell products (e.g., accessories or add-ons)
  • Manage returns/exchanges according to company policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the counter area
  • Maintain good customer relations and encourage repeat visits
