**Job Title: Entry-Level/ Fresher Tele caller**

We are hiring a Tele caller to join our team. This is a full-time position based in chennai, India. As a tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our proeucts and solutions related to pharma manufacturing testing area. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer relations, with the potential for career advancement within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
² Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products and solutions

² Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

² Generate new leads through cold calling.

² Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

² Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.

² Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

² A good understanding of the product or service to effectively communicate its benefits to potential customers.

² Effective time management skills are essential for maximizing productivity in the job role.

² The ability to think spontaneously to resolve customer issues is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,237.68 - ₹15,236.00 per month
