We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our customer engagement team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing clients, explaining our clinic's services, generating leads, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to appointment booking.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote clinic services.Respond promptly to incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from potential clients.Explain the clinic's treatments, packages, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-up actions.Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure seamless client experience.Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about treatments and services.Maintain professionalism and uphold the clinic's reputation in every interaction.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare or wellness industry preferred).Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.Employment Type: Full-timeSalary & Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Training and career development opportunities.Staff discounts on clinic services.Candidate can reach out through call or whatsapp Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
