Telecalling Executive (5 Openings - **Work from Home**)

**Role Description**:
We are hiring 5 Telecalling Executives **(Work from Home)** who can speak Tamil & English fluently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with inquiries.
Explain course details, trainers, fees, and schedules clearly in Tamil & English.
Convince and convert students into enrollments.
Maintain call logs, follow-up status, and enrollment details in CRM.
Build trust and create a positive brand image for Red9SysTech.
Handle objections with confidence and provide effective solutions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly set of calls, demos, and enrollments.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience (1-2 years) in telecalling/inside sales/customer support is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in Tamil & English (speaking).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus.
- Must have a good internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet workspace (for **WFH**).
