**JD - TELECALLING EXECUTIVE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for software products.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of software solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt responses.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and follow-ups.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in telecalling, preferably in software/SaaS product sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English.
- Good understanding of software products and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn around difficult conversations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
