Job Title: Account cum Order Processing Executive
Location: SG Highway
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
**Order Processing Duties**:
- Receive, review, and process sales and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
- Enter and update order information in the company’s ERP or order management system.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to orders, including invoicing and shipping records.
**Customer and Supplier Coordination**:
- Address customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and returns.
- Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track order shipments and manage inventory levels.
