**Job Title**: Back Office Executive - Travel & Hospitality
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and manage detailed **tour itineraries** and travel schedules
- **Book hotels** and coordinate with vendors for reservations
- Promote hotels and travel packages across various channels
- Handle **sales support** activities including lead follow-ups and data management
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client and booking details
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a travel agency, hotel, or related hospitality environment
- Knowledge of **hotel booking portals** and tour planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
