Tender Executive

**Roles and responsibilities**

A tender executive is someone who is responsible for helping organizations prepare and evaluate tenders for valuable contracts.

Responsibility & Deliverable:

- Regularly monitor public and private sector procurement portals, newspapers, and other sources for upcoming tenders and RFPs.
- Network with potential clients, industry contacts, and government agencies to stay informed about upcoming opportunities.
- Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
- Collect tender information and references from various sources such as GEM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
