**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Factory Supervisor at CrazyNeon, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production operations and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Supervision**: Lead and manage a team of technicians and labor staff to ensure smooth and effective operations within the factory.
- **Production Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the production schedule is met, and products meet quality standards.
- **Resource Allocation**: Effectively allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize production output.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products adhere to company specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety protocols and guidelines.
- **Performance Tracking**: Keep track of production metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in a supervisory role within an electronics or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing production operations.
- Strong technical knowledge related to electronics or manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
