**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day fabrication and production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Plan and allocate work to operators, welders, fitters, and other shop floor staff.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with the store and purchase departments.
- Implement safety, housekeeping, and quality control procedures.
- Review and maintain production reports and ensure machine/equipment maintenance.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in fabrication and production supervision, preferably in the automobile or heavy fabrication industry.
- Good understanding of fabrication drawings, welding, cutting, and assembly processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic production reporting tools.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 5 years (preferred)
