**Position**: US English Voice & Accent Trainer

**Location**: Bangalore

**Experience**: 2+ years in Voice & Accent training (BPO/Call Center)

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Shift Timings**: Night Shift (6 PM-3 AM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Voice & Accent (V&A) training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Develop training modules focusing on pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and accent neutralization.
- Assess trainees through speech analysis and provide personalized coaching.
- Facilitate mock calls and real-time call audits to improve communication effectiveness.
- Work closely with the quality team to identify and address communication gaps.
- Provide refresher training sessions and continuous language enhancement programs.
- Maintain training reports and track progress to measure training effectiveness.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in a BPO/Call Center.
- Strong command of US English pronunciation, phonetics, and intonation.
- Familiarity with call center operations and customer service best practices.
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Certification in Voice & Accent Training (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
