**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive** to drive advertising sales for our outdoor media assets in Jammu. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and execution of media sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue from our sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate business for outdoor media (unipoles, hoardings,.) in Jammu.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government departments, agencies, and local businesses.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, media plans, and quotations to clients.
- Coordinate with the operations/installation team for campaign execution.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with **2-5 years of experience** in advertising/media sales (outdoor media preferred; radio/print/electronic media experience acceptable).
- Strong local market knowledge and client network in Jammu.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Own conveyance preferred.
