IT Recruiter with placement experience
- Finding the resources pertaining to the demand
- Building the database of resources on the focused technology
- Planning and conducting recruitments in the campus and coordinating the end-to-end process
- Negotiating salary with the resources
- Negotiating payments with the customers
- Business relationship management with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- On-boarding resources
- Maintaining the relation with the resources and mentoring and resolving any relationship issues between resources and clients
- Continuous innovation and building brand reputation
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and reporting to the management on a regular basis
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related targets/results
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Supporting in cross business areas by involving and counselling in our IT Training Academy
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Market focus will be both domestic and International
- Staffing focus will be both full time and Contract resources
- Major focus will be on IT resourcing

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
