**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone, providing accurate information on offers and services.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels and maintain a detailed database of interactions.
- Support the sales team by booking appointments and forwarding customer queries as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service over the phone.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary).
- A degree is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
- A customer-friendly attitude with the ability to work in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
