v Identify business opportunities by prospecting customers using the leads and other references

v Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company

v Evaluate customer needs and Convert Prospected customers to potential customers

v Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

v Contacting existing customers/painters as well as prospective customers using scripts.

v Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely manner and according to the desires of customers

v Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals

v Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

v Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

v Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

v Co-ordination with APS for the accurate delivery of products to customers on time.

v Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

v Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

v Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements

v Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism

v Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

v Ensure adherence to laws and policies

v Create billings for order as per standard discount rate

v Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

v Meets monthly sales and collections goals as provided by management

v Preparations of MIS reports

v Build long
- term, productive and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers

v Work effectively with internal support departments (sales, marketing, finances to promote sales of new and existing customers

v Handling marketing tools

v To ensure customer accounts should not convert to bad accounts

v Ensure our product and services should be more than customer expectation (MCE)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
