**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable **Customer Relations Executive** to serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, concerns, and feedback. This role involves managing communication channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that fosters long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, resources, and methods.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and present insights to improve products and services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
